While we are committed to keeping the show on the road safely and meeting all Government guidelines to provide our services, we understand that the coronavirus may have interrupted your travel plans or affected your personal circumstances so that you are forced to cancel or postpone your tour.
Our booking promise ensures that we will provide a free re-scheduling of your tour so you can experience our wonderful nations at a more suitable time, or if you are forced to cancel your tour altogether then we will refund any and all costs paid for our services. For any external costs paid for accommodation or activities booked in advance we will consult with the appropriate parties to recoup as much of your deposit as possible.

Cancellation made 4 weeks or more before the start date of your tour/reservation may receive a full refund. The refund must be confirmed by a member of Celtic Private Tours staff. If there is not adequate reasons for the cancellation, you may not be eligible to receive your 20% deposit payment.
Cancellation made 21 days before the start of the tour/reservation may still have to pay 30% of the total tour fee.
Cancellation made 7 Days or less before the start of the tour/reservation will receive no refund and will have to pay 100% of the tour fee.
Refunds for hotel cancellations and cancellations of other tour activities that have been booked and paid for by Celtic Private Tours on the behalf of clients will be held to the cancellation restrictions of the service in question.
All cancellation requests must be confirmed and accepted by Celtic Private Tours or a member of our team to receive any refund.
If you are accepted for a refund, Celtic Private Tours is not responsible for any additional chargers you may face in the transferring of that monies.
Refusal to wear a seatbelt or follow the safety rules and regulations of the tour operator will be denied service and will not be eligible for any refund.
Celtic Private Tours is not responsible if for some reason your tour is redirected, cancelled, or diverted due to weather conditions, or other transport or logistical problems (such as ferry, flight delay).
